Saturday Harbor Islands Sail on Nevermore

Description

Follow the winds from Boston Harbor to sail amongst the Harbor Islands, or into Mass. Bay.

This day-sail starts from and returns to Boston Waterboat Marina near the Boston Aquarium.  See directions on how to get to the marina, a FAQ for newcomers, etc.  on the  http://sailing.mit.edu  website, in the  "Bluewater" pull-down item in the  main menu's "Sailing" item.

Sign up on the  "Nevermore Trips"  item on the website's  "Events"  pull-down menu item.

MPORTANT NOTE:  The skipper is scheduling this sail BEFORE other skippers and MIT staff have had time to advise whether the boat is seaworthy without getting her centerboard control reinstalled.  And/or whether a repair will be scheduled for Saturday. 

Crew who sign up on the website will get advisory emails he wants to send some time midday or late afternoon Friday, 06Aug.

Up-to-date phone numbers should be emailed to skipper, if they're not current in the "sailing card" database the website accesses, especially to get Saturday morning status.
