Wednesday Night Racing

Description

Dock call for this Wednesday Night Race will be 5:00 PM with a cast off time of around 5:45 PM. Crew should expect to return to the dock around 9pm. We will meet at Waterboat Marina at the tables at the bottom of the gangway. Please grab the attention of someone to open the gate for you. Please refrain from using the bell unless necessary.

I will select 7 crew members. Prior racing experience is not mandatory, but proficiency with winch use is expected. Previous sails on Mashnee are not required for experienced sailors, but several sails aboard Mashnee are encouraged for newer sailors. All crew are expected to actively participate.

All crew will need the following items: Water bottle Boat shoes Gloves Appropriate layers Headlamp with red light (optional) Personal PFD (optional) * Mashnee has spinlock vests for each crew If you have any questions, please let me know!

If you have never sailed with me before, please send me a few sentences giving me a since of your prior sailing and racing experienced.  Please refere to the Wednesday Night Racing email sent in June for additional information
