Intro to the Vanguard-15: Rig and Sail

Description

NOTE: Class is limited to 4 people, and pre-registration is mandatory.

You must be a MITNA member with a Helmsman or Advanced Firefly Rating (we will check) or instructor's permission!

Dress for the likely possibility you may go swimming.

The class will be about 1.5 to 2 hours long, and will cover
rigging and basic V-15 sailing,
tacks and gybes,
proper sail trim and balance,
and maybe some capsize practice.

We will pair people up - each pair will rig, sail, and unrig the V-15.
