Hello all -
I am hosting a Halifax boat prep activity. Things we might do include:
- Replacing the polypro line on the MOB kit
- Looking for leaks (it will likely be raining)
- Replacing gaskets
- Bolting down the batteries
- Putting lanyards on the companionway washboards
- Putting the wind instruments on the masthead (if safe)
- Mounting a new radar
- Polishing the bilge
- Maintaining the NMEA 2000 bus
- Brushing the undersides
- Pumping up the grey dinghy and applying the registration sticker
Those who participate will have the opportunity to get wet, and will be afforded free water (seltzer if desired).
