Learn-to-Sail All-in-One Sunday

Registration for the July 2nd, 2017 Class will open at 8:00 am on Friday, June 30th. Please ignore the registration times above.

Note that everyone taking the class must pre-register and must be part of the MIT Community. >> No non-MIT Guests. No +1's. No walk-ins.

This may be a small and limited class depending on the location and restrictions placed on sailing near the fireworks barge.

Please arrive between 8:30 and 8:45 on the morning of the class to check in and get a boat assignment.

Currently restricting Registration to the MIT Community: Students, Faculty, Staff, Alums, MIT Athletics members, and immediate family.

Note: This is not a "take a ride in a sailboat" class. Everyone is expected to fully participate in all aspects of learning to sail
- rigging, steering, trimming the sail, and balancing the boat, and might even include some swimming.
